Booking an appointment with us is simple and convenient. Choose the option that works best for you:

Through Your Dentist
Your referring dentist may have already arranged your appointment. We recommend confirming with your dentist to ensure it has been completed.
THE PROCESS
At Your Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation is an essential step in understanding your treatment needs. During this visit, you can expect the following:

Quote
You will receive a detailed written quote for your reference, outlining the costs involved.
STEP 3
Consent and
Documentation
You will be asked to sign a consent form for surgery or complete hospital admission papers, as required.
STEP 4
Surgery
Scheduling
If a surgery appointment has not yet been set, we will work with you to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Our goal is to ensure this process is seamless and informative, giving you the clarity and confidence you need to proceed with treatment.
What to Bring to Your Consultation
To ensure your consultation goes smoothly, please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
Referral Letter
A letter from your dentist or doctor is required.
Current X-Ray
Please bring an OPG (orthopantomogram) or another relevant x-ray with your name and date clearly labelled.
Medicare Card
This allows us to streamline any claim processes.
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Card
If you are a DVA cardholder, please bring your card as applicable.
Having all the necessary documents available will help us provide accurate advice and plan your care efficiently.
Fees
Accounts must be paid at the time of consultation and can then be claimed back from your health fund or Medicare.
